Patients may access valuable information by having a Valley Medical Group Patient Portal Account.

Through the patient portal you will be able to:

  • View lab and radiology results

  • Request appointments

  • Make payments

  • View upcoming appointments

  • Update your personal information

  • Print useful paperwork and forms


If you do not have a patient portal account, it only takes a few minutes to register. Visit the Valley Medical page at vmgma.com and click on the link for the patient portal.

If you need assistance with the patient portal including setting up of your account, please contact support by

The patient portal is not intended to replace an office visit. It is only used for routine and non-urgent matters.
